Include your myshopify.com domain and affected order number so we can investigate efficiently.

Before contacting us

Confirm the order uses a Cash on Delivery payment method.
Confirm payment is pending and the order is unfulfilled.
Check whether the order was already cancelled or previously replaced.
Copy the exact error message shown in the editor, if one is present.

What not to send

Never email Shopify passwords, staff credentials, access tokens, payment-card details, or database credentials. We will never ask for these.

Billing

The Free plan includes five successful order edits per calendar month. Standard costs 29 USD every 30 days and includes unlimited edits. Subscription approval, recurring charges, and cancellation are handled through Shopify. Uninstalling the App stops access and triggers deletion of app-controlled shop data.

Privacy requests

Merchants and customers can contact office@started.ro regarding access or deletion requests. Customers should normally contact the Shopify merchant that collected their information first.
